Dr Graham Wilson graduated with a PhD in Behavioural Science from the University of Bristol. He worked internationally as a consultant in organisation development, helping to create exceptional places to work. He was honoured with the Distinguished Fellowship of the IoD India for his work with Indian business and administration. A Winston Churchill Fellow he studied self-directed work-groups in Japan and the US, and subsequently helped develop alternative, high-empowerment approaches to the management of offshore oil platforms in the North Sea.
As Group HR Director for Sodexho UK, he was responsible for a workforce of 54000. He qualified as a psychotherapist in 2001, and since then has acted as a confidant to people in positions of power helping them exceed their own high expectations largely by better understanding the nature of human behaviour around them.
Graham has authored nine management textbooks, and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA). He is a part-time lecturer in leadership and business at The Oxfordshire Business and Enterprise School.
